To be a member you must be a licensed home inspector. If you have completed an approved home inspector course and are looking at becoming a home inspector, you are welcome to attend our meetings as a guest.
Our annual dues are $100.00 per year
The goal of Stahi, Southern Tier Association of Home Inspectors, is to provide continuing education of the home inspectors. We will try to provide all of the continuing education credits home inspectors need for license renewals. To help keep the home inspectors informed of changing laws and regulations that affect their business and how it impacts the indusrty. Keep them informed of new testing equipment and new building products that come onto the market.
We meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the at the Spot Restaurant at 1062 Front Street, Binghamton New York. The meeting time is 5:30 P.M. Dinner at 6:00 P.M. Business part of the meeting 6 to 7 P.M. Education at 7:00 P.M. We are normally done by 8 or 9 P.M.
